โœ… Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) cannot be returned.

  • Products marked as Final Sale.

  • Items damaged after delivery, not due to our error.

  • Mystery box items (since their contents are random and sealed).

  1. Contact us at support@shepiks.com with your order number, photos of the product (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and share return shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you by email.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. For exchanges, contact support@shepiks.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.
